Job description
Genesys is seeking a Senior Principal Agentic AI Orchestrator to lead Enterprise AI transformation across customer experience platforms. You will partner with C-suite leaders to define AI strategies, architecture scalable solutions, and guide customers from experimentation to enterprise-wide adoption.
You will influence transformation roadmaps, establish governance, and drive repeatable frameworks that accelerate AI success across the Genesys ecosystem.
