Job description
Genesys seeks a Senior Principal Agentic AI Orchestrator to guide enterprise AI adoption, experience orchestration, and data-driven customer engagement. You will partner with C-suite leaders to define AI strategy, architect scalable solutions, and lead transformation roadmaps across cloud platforms and automation ecosystems.
