Job description
Genesys is seeking a Senior AI Architect to design and deliver enterprise-scale AI-powered customer and employee experiences. You will own the architecture of reusable AI solutions and influence product direction and technical strategy across enterprise platforms.
You will drive cross-functional collaboration, build production-grade AI apps, and lead multi-agent orchestration with RAG-based knowledge systems to improve decision making and user experience.
