Job description
Genesys seeks an experienced SS&AI Architect/Lead for Self Service and Artificial Intelligence to design, develop, and test customized AI-powered bot applications across Genesys platforms. You will lead delivery, collaborate with product owners and Scrum masters, and mentor teams while engaging with clients on digital bot flows, IVR routing, and agentic AI solutions.
