Job description
The Senior Principal Consultant at Genesys is integral to the on-going technical solution deployment and technical application support of professional services capabilities. This role requires delivering high-level expertise across Genesys Cloud products and leading engagements for major customers.
You will implement AI-powered experience orchestration, integrate CRM systems, and coordinate with project managers to ensure successful delivery while maintaining strong client relationships.
