Job description
Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems in San Diego/El Segundo seeks a Senior Principal Test Engineer to lead all facets of the test program for NGAS, including lab and flight testing, planning, and reporting. The role supports the System Integration Lab in Rancho Bernardo and various test activities.
You will manage test schedules, risk, and resources, coordinating with engineering teams across locations to meet cost and schedule targets while delivering high-quality test outcomes.
