Job description
PepsiCo is seeking a Packaging R&D Senior Principal Engineer to lead the Sabra Business packaging agenda. The role supports packaging innovation, sustainability, and cost stewardship from PepsiCo’s Global Foods Packaging team, with base locations at Plano, TX or Sabra’s facility in South Chesterfield, VA.
You will guide a small team, influence cross-functional partners, and drive packaging development through stage-gate processes while aligning with safety and regulatory standards.
