PepsiCo Foods North America - Sabra Business is seeking a Packaging R&D Senior Principal Engineer to lead the packaging agenda, driving growth and profitability through innovation, sustainability, and cost management.
The role requires 10+ years in packaging, strong leadership, and expertise in packaging materials, polymers, and equipment. Travel up to 20% domestically with potential international travel may be needed.
