Job description
Zap Energy in Everett, WA seeks a Senior/Principal Scientist (Theory) to advance the understanding and modeling of Z-pinch operation. You will join the Theory & Modeling team to deploy fluid and kinetic simulation tools that guide experimental design and operation.
You will lead development of physics-based models, validate against experimental data, and collaborate with experimental teams to shape device design. The role offers opportunities to publish findings and present at conferences.
