Job description
Northrop Grumman is seeking a Senior Principal Project Manager to lead organizational change management for the MS&I organization. The hybrid role can be based in Salt Lake City or other listed sites, requiring proximity to in-office work.
You will drive project change plans, stakeholder engagement, training enablement, and leadership sponsorship across multiple initiatives. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in change management with a Bachelor's degree, and a US Secret clearance eligibility.
