Job description
Overview
Recognized as a thought leader in Agile delivery and transformation. Shapes enterprise ART strategy, mentors executive leaders, and drives innovation through Agile practices. Leads Agile transformation at scale and represents the organization in industry forums.
Responsibilities
Shape enterprise ART vision and strategy
Develop ART governance frameworks and lead high-impact programs
Identify Risk Management Planning at the Enterprise level
Lead Agile transformation at scale across departments
Represent organization in industry forums and Agile communities
Mentor other RTEs and Agile leaders
Influence investment decisions in Agile tools and practices
Drive innovation and adoption of emerging Agile methodologies
May perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
10+ years of practical experience in Agile delivery and leadership
Recognized expert in ART frameworks and transformation
Published thought leader or speaker in Agile forums
Experience influencing enterprise strategy
Visionary leadership in Agile strategy
Expert in Agile innovation and enterprise transformation
Strong influence across executive and industry levels
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
SAFe RTE, Leading SAFE, SAFe Advanced Scrum Master or SAFe Program Consultant Certifications
Desired Qualifications
Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
CSPO, PMI, Practitioner, CSPO or other advanced Agile Certification
