Job description
Merck & Co., Inc. in Rahway, NJ is seeking a Senior Principal Scientist/Principal Scientist to lead upstream bioprocess development for biologics.
You will oversee a team of 3-5 scientists, shape strategy for process development, and drive cross-functional collaboration across discovery to commercialization. Ideal candidates will have deep expertise in cell-culture processing, scale-up/down, and a track record of scientific leadership with publications.
