Job description

Renesas Electronics Corporation seeks a Sr Principal Verification Engineer to lead verification for Automotive PMICs. You will architect mixed-signal verification environments, integrate RNM/AMS models, and drive GLS and RTL simulations across multiple product platforms.

You will mentor junior engineers, establish verification methodologies, and collaborate across Design, ATE, and Silicon Validation to ensure robust handoffs and quality.
