Job description
Foundation Medicine is seeking an Associate Director, Privacy Counsel to lead the privacy program and advise across the company's operations. The role requires interpreting HIPAA, GDPR, state privacy laws, and genetic privacy frameworks, with autonomy to guide business, clinical, and research stakeholders.
