Kaufman Rossin is recruiting a Private Equity Tax Manager to lead tax compliance and planning for investment funds and complex structures in the Florida market. You will oversee partnership tax returns, allocations, reporting, and technical matters, collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure precision and timely deliverables.
We value 7+ years of tax experience, a Master’s in Taxation or CPA licensure, and deep knowledge of private equity fund taxation.
