Job description
McGuireWoods LLP in Los Angeles seeks an associate for its Corporate and Private Equity practice. The role supports a nationally recognized deal team advising private equity funds, independent sponsors, family offices, portfolio companies and strategic investors.
The ideal candidate has five to seven years of acquisitions experience and is ready to take meaningful responsibility on sophisticated transactions and to work directly with clients and senior lawyers.
