Job description
Real Flame is seeking a Senior Process Engineer in Wisconsin to ensure engineering processes, product development procedures, and launch requirements are followed across new product programs. You will act as the process authority for the Engineering team, ensuring milestones, reviews, documentation, and cross-functional deliverables are met before progressing to the next development stage.
