Job description
Southwire Company, LLC is seeking a Process Optimization Manager to drive standardization, quality, and continuous improvement of processes and products at one of its sites. You will coach teams in process engineering, quality, tool & die management, and continuous improvement with initiatives on OEE, material usage, scrap reduction, and cost-out.
The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering, 5–7 years’ experience, and Six Sigma Black Belt progress; a Masters of Engineering is preferred.
