Job description
Entegris in Decatur, TX seeks an experienced Lead, Continuous Improvement to drive process yield improvements by reducing variation and waste. You will lead cross‑functional teams, optimize purification steps, and implement yield monitoring programs while managing cost savings projects.
The role requires a chemical/industrial engineering background with 8+ years in process or lead engineering, experience in SPC, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or PMP certification. Travel <10% is expected.
