Job description
PhoenixTeam is seeking a Senior Business Process Reengineering Lead to drive modernization for the Department of the Interior program. You will conduct discovery, map current-state workflows, and design future-state processes with automation, data, low-code, and AI-enabled solutions.
You will lead cross-office discovery, organize a broad modernization portfolio, and contribute to workshops, pilots, and client-ready deliverables while maintaining hands-on involvement in analysis and documentation.
