Job description
Analog Devices, Inc. in Wilmington, MA is seeking a Principal Engineer – Process Reliability and Process Transfer to lead advanced semiconductor processes across wafer fabrication, assembly, and test. You will drive yield improvement, defect reduction, and NPI readiness.
You will mentor engineers, collaborate with design, manufacturing, reliability, and foundry partners, and apply DOE, SPC, and data analytics to optimize performance and cost.
