Senior Processing TechnicianThe Senior Processing Technician coordinates and collaborates the overall cleaning, decontamination, assembly, and dispensing of surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies needed for daily surgical procedures in surgery and related departments in accordance with the standards of practice and the policies of the hospital and department.Education:Tech/Trade CertificationHigh School Diploma or GEDExperience:Two Years relevant experience preferredCredentials:Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) through the certification body of Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA) or the International Association of Central Service Material Management (IAHCSMM) or SPD Technician Certification (CSPDT) through the Certification Board for Sterile Processing & Distribution (CBSPD).Broward Health is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
