What You Will Do

As a Senior Product Analyst you will join a team of Product Analysts and Analytical Engineers, working to support the Minigame Vertical team in collaboration with the wider analytics org. In this role, partnering with our internal data platform and data science teams, you will use data to generate player behavior insights and improve feature performance; from data modeling and event tracking, through to AB-testing, insightful analyses and recommendations that answer the game’s most complex and challenging questions. This is an individual contributor role, that has a lot of independence and responsibility, with building processes and taking end to end analytics projects

Game Team Support: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities and challenges to the specific game vertical. Define key metrics, establish data collection processes, implement analytical frameworks and effectively communicate the insights to drive continuous improvement

Ownership of Analysis: Take ownership of end-to-end analytical projects, from the inception of a new feature to ensure robust reporting and monitoring is in place, to design and assess A/B experimentation and deliver final insights, interpretations and presentations

Drive the execution of analytical initiatives with precision and attention to detail

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the organization, to translate data insights into impactful business outcomes

Product Roadmap Influence: Partner to shape the future direction of the game

Digging Deep: Hands-on exploration into existing reports and data, correlation of KPIs, definition of success for the Vertical, to identify the needs and gaps and actively work towards the improvements. Leverage data-driven insights to prioritize features, optimize game economies, and refine product roadmaps for maximum player engagement and satisfaction

Presentation and Communication: Effectively communicate complex findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Present insights in a clear, concise manner through compelling presentations and reports

AI: Utilize existing AI-powered tools to improve time-to-insight and increase quality and accuracy of the artifacts. Contribute in improving or even innovation of AI powered infrastructure where possible and applicable
