Job description
Flex is hiring an Associate Director, Product Compliance to execute advisory reviews for our lending and payments products. You will translate regulatory requirements into product guardrails, operate AI-enabled review workflows, and coordinate bank partner approvals while documenting decisions with clarity and accountability.
This is a hands-on role in a hybrid environment, reporting to the Head of Product Compliance without people management responsibilities.
