Parallels seeks an experienced Senior Corporate Counsel, Product and Compliance to partner with Product and Engineering on legal and regulatory aspects of software development, AI governance, and privacy.
You will draft and negotiate agreements, advise on IP strategy, and help scale a global legal program while balancing risk and product velocity. This role offers a fully remote setup in the US with competitive CA market compensation.
