Rippling is seeking a Lead Counsel, HR Products to partner with Product, Sales and Compliance on launching and counseling for Employer of Record (EOR) in multiple countries. You will guide wage and hour product counsel for HR tools and ensure compliant employment practices.
You are a self-starter with strategic vision to build a top-tier product counsel function as Rippling grows globally. Strong drafting and communication are essential, as is an entrepreneurial mindset.
