Job description
Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Design to lead UX strategy for the Risk + Audit Design team within the TDRM ecosystem. You will guide design across multiple users from developers to executives, embedding governance and safeguards into the tools where work happens.
In this role you’ll drive product direction, mentor designers, and champion human-centered design, AI-forward approaches, and a thriving culture of collaboration and critique.
