What you'll be doing:

Our client is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own and deliver seamless, human-centered digital experiences across app and web. This role calls for a highly capable designer who blends strong UX and systems thinking with refined UI craft — someone skilled at shaping flows and interaction models, while delivering polished, visually compelling interfaces that balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Execution & Craft

Own end-to-end design for key product flows, from discovery through delivery, with minimal oversight

Translate complex, ambiguous requirements into intuitive, user-centered experiences

Create high-quality deliverables (flows, wireframes, prototypes, specs) ready for implementation

Apply strong visual and interaction design skills to deliver polished, scalable solutions

Ensure alignment with design systems, accessibility standards, and established frameworks

Maintain a high bar for craft, proactively improving quality and consistency across your work

Product Thinking & Strategy

Cross Functional partnership to define problems, shape solutions, and prioritize work

Contribute to UX strategy and roadmap alignment within your product area

Use data and research to inform decisions and validate solutions

Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints

Identify risks and opportunities, proactively mitigating or escalating as needed

Bring forward informed recommendations to influence product direction

Collaboration & Communication

Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional partners to deliver cohesive experiences

Clearly communicate design decisions, tradeoffs, and rationale clearly to stakeholders at all levels

Facilitate alignment through workflows, prototypes, and user stories

Partner with Engineering early to understand constraints and ensure quality implementation

Work with Product and Project Management to plan and deliver successful outcomes

Contribute to critiques, reviews, and product demos

Team Contribution & Influence

Contribute to team culture and help evolve practices, workflows, and standards

Advocate for user-centered design across your team and partners

Present work, insights, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and leadership

Mentor and support junior designers

What we are looking for

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or related field

Strong visual and interaction design skills with high attention to detail

Proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, and library usage

Experience working within and contributing to established design systems

Experience designing enterprise or transactional systems (e.g., complex workflows, internal tools)

Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and shipped outcomes

Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers to deliver solutions

Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, user-centered experiences

Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences

Comfortable presenting work and rationale to stakeholders at various levels

Ability to navigate ambiguity in complex environments with a solution-oriented mindset

Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills

Demonstrated ability to take ownership of work and operate with increasing autonomy
