nCoinbase's Financial Services & Loyalty (FSL) team is building the products that make Coinbase the best place to deposit, hold, and grow your money. The Coinbase One (CB1) pillar owns our membership product with 1M+ paid subscribers. As a Senior Product Designer on the Financial Services & Loyalty team within theConsumer & Business group, you'll own the Coinbase One (CB1) member experience, shape the member home, engagement and retention flows, and campaign expressions that drive subscriber value and reduce churn.
nWhat you'll do:
nnnOwn end-to-end design for CB1 Member Home, engagement surfaces, and retention flows across mobile and web
n
nnDrive the member home redesign, a P0 initiative creating a persistent, personalized destination for CB1 subscribers
n
nnDesign campaign expressions (Member Month/Week), gamification mechanics (streaks, challenges), and discovery surfaces that increase benefit attach rates
n
nnPartner with Product Management and Engineering to shape roadmap, scope, and ship high-quality features at velocity
n
nnCollaborate with Product Creative on campaign visual expression, setting the bar for how CB1 looks and feels in key moments
n
nnContribute to design crits, peer reviews, and team culture as a senior IC
n
n nRequired Skills and Experience:
nnn5+ years of product design experience shipping consumer-facing products at scale (mobile and web)
n
nnPortfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design from strategy through execution, with clear evidence of UX thinking and visual craft
n
nnExperience designing membership, loyalty, or engagement-driven products (subscriptions, rewards, retention)
n
nnDemonstrated ability to ship iteratively in ambiguous problem spaces while maintaining a cohesive long-term vision
n
nnExperience collaborating directly with engineering teams, incorporating technical constraints into design decisions
n
nnProven systems thinking across multiple entry points and surfaces, resulting in cohesive cross-platform experiences
n
nnUtilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.

n nPay Transparency Notice: * *Base salary varies by location (see range below). Total compensation may also include equity and bonus eligibility, and benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)).
nAnnual base salary range (excluding equity and bonus):
n$180,370—$212,200 USD
