Job description
Capital One is seeking a Product Designer to join our Experience Design team. You’ll combine your craft expertise with an understanding of customers and the business to co-create innovative solutions that shape product strategy.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in product design, leadership experience, and a proven ability to collaborate with product, tech and business partners within regulated, data-heavy environments. A strong portfolio demonstrating leadership, process, and impact is required.
