Job description
Willamette Valley Pie Company, based in Silverton, Oregon, seeks a senior Product Developer / Food Scientist to own end-to-end development—from concept to first commercial runs—across WVPC and Dessert Holdings facilities. You will lead scale-up, optimize formulations, and ensure labeling and food-safety standards are met.
The role requires 3+ years in commercial food product development, strong scale-up experience, and fluency with FDA labeling and cost analysis.
