Job description
Our client, a growing apparel and lifestyle company, is seeking a Senior Product Development Manager to join their Accessory team!
Responsibilities:
Manage product development timelines.
Oversee costing, supplier coordination, and cost optimization.
Partner with cross-functional teams to manage the product development process from concept through production.
Monitor product quality, testing, and compliance to ensure established standards are met.
Track project progress, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication with internal teams and external partners.
Qualifications:
5–8 years of experience.
Experience managing product development timelines, costing, and technical specifications, preference for experience with Hard Goods.
Familiarity with tooling, materials, product testing, and compliance standards.
Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Google Workspace.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Full Time On Site.
Salary: $100,000-$150,000 commensurate with experience.
