Capital One Shopping is seeking a Sr Director of Product Management - Growth (Remote-Eligible) to lead the team that onboards and activates merchant relationships across shopping experiences. You will own the product experiences, partner with engineering, and shape incentive and reward mechanisms to drive growth through data-backed decisions.
Ideal candidates combine startup grit with technical depth, have strong SQL skills, and have demonstrated AI-driven product development.
