Job description
Draper in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Sr. Product Engineer (Systems Assembly) to bridge prototype development and low-rate production, embedding DfX early in hardware development. You’ll translate specs into production capabilities and work with vendors to ensure reliability and readiness for scale.
Ideal candidates have experience with DoD Manufacturing Readiness Level, ISO 9001/AS9100 quality systems, and a security clearance. This role emphasizes cross-functional leadership and mentorship.
