Job description
Dow seeks a seasoned Counsel for its Litigation group. The preferred location is Midland, MI, with Houston, TX also considered. You will manage Dow and affiliated companies’ litigation, including product liability and asbestos matters, and supervise paralegals within the Legal Department.
Responsibilities include strategic case direction, settlement planning, deposition participation, and coordinating with internal teams. Domestic relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates.
