Job description
Dow is seeking a Counsel in its Litigation group with primary responsibility for litigation management for Dow and its affiliated companies. The preferred location is Midland, MI, with Houston, TX also considered.
You will independently provide legal counsel, manage external counsel, and coordinate with internal experts on complex product liability and asbestos-related matters. Ideal candidates will have a Juris Doctor or Master of Laws and at least 7 years of practice, plus bar admission or
