Job description
Dow is seeking a Counsel in its Litigation group to manage Dow and its affiliated companies' litigation, including asbestos and product liability matters. Preferred location is Midland, MI, with Houston, TX also considered. The role involves independent counsel, budget oversight, and collaboration with internal experts and external counsel.
The ideal candidate has a J.D. or an LL.M., at least 7 years of practice, bar admission or eligibility, and willingness to travel up to 25% annually.
