Dow seeks a Counsel in its Litigation group, preferred location Midland, MI, with consideration for Houston, TX. You will manage litigation for Dow and affiliates, including asbestos personal injury and product liability cases, with responsibilities spanning strategy, discovery, and trial involvement.
The role requires a JD/LLM, 7+ years’ experience, bar admission, and ability to travel up to 25%. Domestic relocation assistance is available.
