Morgan Stanley is seeking a senior Affordable Housing Finance Product Manager to lead end-to-end management of the firm's affordable housing private equity investment portfolio in the U.S.
This role covers sourcing, underwriting, approvals, closing, portfolio oversight, risk monitoring, and exits, acting as senior product owner and relationship manager with sponsors, fund managers, legal counsel, and risk partners.
