Job description
ZS Associates is seeking a Senior Product Manager for ZAIDYN Field Incentives to own the execution of product capability areas, partnering with IC domain leads, engineering, AI/ML, design, and client teams to convert business needs into actionable requirements.
You will drive backlog, write engineering-ready specs, and ensure adoption across client success and operations teams, with a focus on regulated, audit-sensitive workflows.
