Job description
GoCardless is expanding its AI-powered payment success initiatives. You will shape the product strategy for the Success+ platform, leveraging vast network data to improve payment performance and recovery of failed payments. You’ll communicate complex concepts clearly to executives, stakeholders, and customers.
You’ll work with data teams to build a foundational data layer and empower frontline teams to position our product effectively across our merchant base.
