Senior Product Manager - AI Solutions

Job description

Position Overview

Lead the development of AI‑powered healthcare technology solutions that transform how providers, staff, and patients interact with critical healthcare systems.

Salary: $125,000 - $200,000 per year.

Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience within SaaS, healthcare technology, enterprise software, or related technology environments.

Experience leading AI‑enabled, machine learning, generative AI or workflow automation product initiatives.

Proven track record bringing new products or major features from concept through launch and adoption.

Strong understanding of large language models (LLMs), AI‑assisted workflows, automation tools, or emerging AI technologies.

Experience working closely with software engineering, design, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.

Ability to translate customer needs into product requirements, roadmaps, and measurable business outcomes.

Experience evaluating market trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies to guide product strategy.

Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
