If you're ready to work alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry, push into uncharted territory, and do work that genuinely matters, Future Secure AI is the place for you.

About the role

Future Secure AI is looking for a Product Manager to own AI and agentic solutions to build AI co-workers from early pilots through general availability and lead the product line as it expands beyond voice. You will sit at the intersection of real-time AI, agentic solutions, compliance, and enterprise sales, turning a security wedge into a product customers trust with their most sensitive interactions. Your goal is to own the roadmap for AI coworkers as well as the solutions that underpin them. You will operate as a peer of engineering and AI/ML leadership, with direct impact on whether AI Co-Workers reach scale in regulated industries.

Responsibilities

Own the product roadmap and outcomes for the AI coworkers as well as the solutions that underpin them like voice, video and image analysis.

Translate compliance and security requirements (HIPAA, SOC 2, PIPEDA, GLBA, biometric and call-recording rules) into concrete product specifications and guardrails.

Work with customers in regulated verticals, then convert their feedback into a prioritized backlog for AICWs and solutions.

Define and hold quality gates: latency SLOs, task completion, safety and escalation behavior, and security posture.

Partner closely with engineering and platform architecture on the build-versus-buy and vendor decisions across the voice stack, and with sales and legal on go-to-market and customer commitments.

Own the unit economics and pricing model and report progress against business KPIs to leadership.

Collaborate with research teams to craft new solutions to enable AI co-worker use cases.

Craft product strategy to inform leadership about the areas we should invest in vis-à-vis new AI co-workers and the solutions that underpin them.

Craft strategy to accelerate AICW builds using AI.

Minimum Qualifications

Technical fluency and thoughtful judgment about AI architecture choices: able to reason about the tradeoffs across the stack (orchestration, model selection, build versus buy, self-hosted versus managed) and partner with engineering as a credible peer rather than deferring on every technical call.

4-plus years in product management, including shipping a technical or platform product to enterprise customers.

Comfort with real-time systems, Agentic AI, AI/LLM products and crafting new solution is AI application ecosystem.

A track record of running design-partner or early-access programs and making evidence-based prioritization calls under ambiguity.

Strong cross-functional leadership across engineering, security, legal, and sales, and clear written communication for both technical and executive audiences.

Experience shipping or working closely on a production agentic systems, with informed opinions on planning loops, tool use, memory, retries, guardrails and harness design choices

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with voice AI specifically (STT, TTS, orchestration), recursive self-improvement, harness engineering

Experience building for regulated sectors like banking, healthcare, insurance etc.
