You partner closely with design, data, engineering, operations, legal, risk, and compliance to build applications that are useful, trusted, and easy to adopt. You prioritize outcomes and measurable value, delivering minimum viable releases that scale.

Build and manage a business-outcome-driven backlog focused on performance, accuracy, value, and user experience

Partner with engineering teams to define requirements, acceptance criteria, and iterative delivery milestones in an agile model

Embed responsible artificial intelligence practices from day one, including explainability, audit trails, testing, and control evidence

Drive alignment across business, finance, technology, architecture, operations, legal, risk, and compliance stakeholders

Define and track key performance indicators such as adoption, time saved, quality, accuracy, throughput, and operational risk exceptions

Lead change management with frontline and operations teams through training, enablement, communications, and feedback loops

Ensure solutions meet security, privacy, and regulatory expectations for data protection and usage

Monitor outcomes post-launch and continuously improve product performance, reliability, and usability

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related engineering field, or equivalent practical experience

10 or more years of product management experience delivering enterprise software or digital products
