Location: Atlanta GA (Onsite - Local only)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to define and drive innovative Payments, Data, Analytics, and AI-powered products . This role will be responsible for identifying new product opportunities, conducting market and customer research, shaping product strategy, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions. The ideal candidate combines payments domain expertise with strong product management, UX, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and business cases for payments and data-driven products.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, customer discovery, and ideation workshops to identify new product opportunities.
Lead discussions with business stakeholders, customers, UX teams, and engineering teams to define innovative product concepts.
Translate customer and business needs into product requirements, user stories, and prioritized roadmaps.
Champion UX best practices and ensures intuitive, customer-centric product experiences.
Collaborate with Engineering, Data, Analytics, and AI teams to drive successful product delivery.
Manage product backlogs, prioritization, and Agile execution.
Present product strategies, roadmaps, and business outcomes to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of Product Management experience with a proven track record of launching successful digital or data products.
Strong experience in the Payments industry , including Merchant Services, Payment Processing, FinTech, Digital Payments, Banking, or Embedded Payments.
Experience developing Data, Analytics, AI, or digital products.
Strong expertise in product discovery, market research, roadmap development, and product lifecycle management.
Solid understanding of UX principles, customer journey mapping, and user-centred design.
Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Productboard, Azure DevOps, and Figma .
Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AI, Generative AI, and data monetization strategies.
Product Management certifications (CPM, CSPO, SAFe Product Manager, Pragmatic Institute).
