Job description

Navi is an early-stage, fast-growing startup offering a complete suite of customer acquisition solutions to Operators and OEMs in the telecommunications space.

We're building a modern customer acquisition platform to help consumers find the best deals on phones and wireless service from top U.S. carriers — and to generate leads for our Carrier partners.

We're searching for a Senior PM, CRO to own the experimentation engine and conversion performance that powers our growth.

About the Role

As Senior PM, CRO, you'll be the engine behind our experimentation program — designing, running, and iterating on tests that move conversion metrics across the full acquisition funnel. You'll report to the Growth Product Lead and be their closest collaborator on funnel strategy, owning the execution of CRO initiatives from hypothesis to shipped improvement.

This is a hands‑on, analytical role. You'll dig into behavioral data to surface insights, build the testing roadmap, and work directly with engineering and design to ship changes fast. You understand that a great user experience and strong conversion performance aren't in tension — and you know how to prove it with data.

Responsibilities

Own the end‑to‑end experimentation roadmap — from hypothesis generation and test design to analysis and rollout

Identify and prioritize CRO opportunities across the funnel (landing pages, offer presentation, CTAs, checkout flows, activation steps) using behavioral data and economic impact

Design and run rigorous A/B and multivariate experiments; communicate results clearly and translate them into product decisions

Partner with the Growth Product Lead to align the testing roadmap with broader funnel and monetization strategy

Work cross‑functionally with engineering and design to ship funnel improvements at speed

Build and maintain dashboards and reporting on key CRO metrics: conversion rates, bounce/drop‑off rates, EPC, CPL, activation rates

Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, copy testing, and analysis

Synthesize learnings into a compounding knowledge base — surfacing patterns, documenting what works, and raising the team's collective intuition about conversion

Qualifications

4–7 years in a product or CRO role with a clear track record of moving conversion metrics

Professional background in high‑growth environments with a deeply ingrained consumer acquisition DNA

Strong experimentation fundamentals — test design, statistical significance, avoiding common pitfalls (peeking, novelty effects, etc.)

Fluent with analytics tools such as Amplitude, Google Analytics, Looker, or similar; comfortable writing SQL to pull your own data

Hands‑on experience with A/B testing platforms (Amplitude, Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize, or equivalent)

Ability to translate data into clear prioritization decisions and crisp product specs

Bonus: experience in ecommerce, marketplace, affiliate, or lead‑gen environments — you already have a strong intuition for conversion levers

How You Work

Data‑first — you don't guess when you can measure, and you know how to design a test that actually tells you something

Hands‑on and self‑directed — you're in the tools daily, not waiting for someone to hand you a brief

Structured but fast — you run a disciplined experimentation process without letting process slow you down

AI‑native — you use LLMs and automation to move faster, write better copy variants, and synthesize data more efficiently

Collaborative — you work closely with the Growth Lead, engineering, and design, and you make everyone around you sharper
