Job description
Empower Retirement is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape the future of its digital brokerage and stock plan services. You will lead cross-functional teams to create a cohesive investing experience across the Personal Dashboard, OptionTrax, and NetX Investor capabilities.
You will translate complex regulatory and financial requirements into intuitive customer journeys, own end-to-end product lifecycles, and drive adoption, engagement, and retention with data-driven decisions.
