Minimum qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.).
Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.
Preferred qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
Experience in image understanding and retrieval.
Experience working on a large consumer products.
Experience shipping LLM or GenAI-powered experiences that users love.
Experience building search features and experiences. And executive communication experience.

Lead Search in Google Photos. Search is incredibly important today and even more important as we transform Google Photos to be more agentic.
Be responsible for the end-to-end search experience, across user experience, quality, and safety. Be responsible for evolving Search into a platform, that can power many other features and teams across Photos - including Gemini, Personal Context, etc.
Develop a combination of user obsession, investigative excellence, technical fluency, bias to action, communication skills, and organizational leadership without authority.
