Job description
ClearJet is a Series B parcel logistics company. Instead of building new infrastructure, we unlock the underutilized capacity already sitting in existing shipping networks to move packages faster and cheaper than the incumbents. We're a lean, execution-focused team.
Own ClearJet OS, the internal platform our ops, support, and admin teams run the business on. As we scale, the leverage isn't in adding headcount; it's in better tooling and smart automation. That's this role.
You will:
Own the internal product surface end to end: ops tooling, admin workflows, and the systems our teams work in daily
Find where ops time and errors accumulate, and rebuild those workflows
Identify where AI can remove manual work, and ship it: automated exception handling, intelligent routing and triage, agent-assisted support
Own design for these surfaces yourself, using AI tools to move fast
Ship weekly with engineering and iterate on how the tools actually get used
Partner closely with ops and support leadership, who are your primary users and your best source of signal
