Job description
Three Pillars seeks a Senior Product Manager with deep post-acute operations experience to shape the EMR roadmap, write user stories, and drive execution with engineering. You will collaborate with the Director of Product Management and the CEO, aligning market needs with a practical, shipped product strategy.
You will own the roadmap, manage rollouts and training, and stay close to operators post-go-live to ensure ROI and adoption across SNF and ALF facilities.
